Hello
My name is Don, better known as Pop and I live in Dallas.
I received my ham license in 1941.  I have been interested in radio since 1929.   I got my first one tube receiver in 1929 and have been "messin" with radio since then.  I passed my commercial and ham licenses in February of 1941 after attending school in Kansas City, Mo.  I got my first job at a broadcast station in Hastings, Nebraska.  Worked in broadcasting all my life with a time out for WW II from January 42 to October 45.   Was in the US Army Signal Corp. working in radar and radio.
